Can you install Microsoft Office on Two Mac Pros?

    My friend just got a macbook pro. I installed office on mine. Can I lend the disc to my friend for office installation? Or will that cause problems?

    It's a violation of the software license agreement.

    Since MS office uses activation you'll not be able to use your disk to install it.

    If you have the family edition you have 3 activations but you'll be violating the EULA since its only for members in the same household.

    Is it illegal to refer someone to download a pirate copy of MS Office and run it on an endless number of computers? :D
