Can you install other versions of Mac through Parallels?

    i tried to install panther and tiger as virtual machines on parallels and it doesnt recognize the discs at all, and the only os x options it gives me to install are leopard server and snow leopard beta...what gives?

    The only version of OSX that EULA licenses for running under virtualisation is OSX Server 10.5. So that's the only version Parallels will let you install.

    Both Parallels and VMWare use a BIOS, so It would have to be like building up a hackintosh.

    Or load the server additions.
