Can you JB iPod Touch 2G MC version

Is there currently a JB for the iPod Touch 2G MC version? I know the non-MC version can.

You can continue use your Spirit jailbreak but you MUST NOT upgrade to iOS 4. And yes you have to wait for a new jailbreak.
