Can you make the second monitor the default monitor on an Imac?

Sorry for the dumb question but I'm looking into an AIO and IMac is on top of my list. I was wondering if a second monitor could be the default monitor.

Simply drag it to the other screen (the small blue representation) to change it.

I think what chabig -meant to say- is, to drag the MENU BAR to the other display...?
