Can you modify iphone 12 apple leather case to fit iphone 13? I really like red and apple don't make one for the 13...

In theory, sure. You'd have to enlarge the camera opening. If you're handy with tools (i.e. a dremel and cutting implements) then I'm sure it could be done. Unfortunately, I'm also pretty sure that the end result would look like crap, unless you're very precise with your cuts and somehow round/soften/cover the cut edges. Might be a fun project, though.
