Can you move photos from one folder to another without SHSH?

Is there a way to move files from one folder to another without having to use a PC?

ifile might allow you to do this

It depends. Like any other file, you can move images from one folder to another using iFile or even MobileTerminal. Be aware, though, that moving such files will not update databases, slide shows, etc.

iFile will definitely do this. I move stuff all the time (mostly theme related) and use iFile.
