Can you notify Apple to let them know you corrected a problem you were having? (BETA program)

I am embarrassed to say what it actually was. Let me just say it wasn't a software problem. I just never connected my allergies to actually be the cause of the problem. I was just wondering if I can take back my complaint?

If you logged a feedback, just close it.

You could update it first to feel good, but Apple doesn't read most of the open ones, let alone closed ones.

It also doesn't help to have small ear canals because I have small ears.
