Can you open an app with Siri?

With the screen and icons being so small on the watch it seems like this would be a very useful feature but I haven't seen mention of it. I use it all the time on my phone.

Thanks. I think that answers my question! That's pretty huge if you ask me. Why bother trying to find tiny icons when you can just ask her to open it (unless you're somewhere you can't talk!)
