can you order an iPhone in a Canadian Apple Store if the card is from US?

So my dad is ordering my iPhone on my apple account, and he hooked his American Visa card in my account, can he use that card to order it in the Canadian Apple Store on the night you can preorder?

I don't see why not, so long as it is being shipped to a Canadian address.

Probably not, because he'll need to enter his billing address and the form will only accept Canadian addresses.
