Can you password protect a photo or album in iPhoto?

I don't believe that is possible.

You can password protect a Web gallery you publish with it.

You can hide the photos, so nobody knows they're there.

Or you could just store naked pictures of yourself elsewhere. 😀

How does one hide the photos?

Click on the photo, and by the flag option there should be a "hide" icon.
