Can you prepay for iCloud Drive storage?

I see the monthly rates and understand that you will be billed monthly in iTunes. Is there a way to prepay for a year up front?
 
Thanks for the link. Kind of sucks as I'd like to prepay with an iTunes gift card but it's not that big of a deal.
