Can you reduce a Pages document's size, and have everything scale down to that size?

I have a 24" x 36" poster I created in Pages which has some graphic design elements, text boxes and photos. I want to make an 11" x 17" version of it. Almost exactly the same, with minor revisions. What's the best way to do that?

You could try Select All, Group, and then resize the Grouped object down to what you want. However, that wont resize the text in the text boxes.
