Using logmein.com you certainly can. I'm sure there are other tools, but i'm mostly familiar with this one.

You have a few options that we use at the office

1. Logmein (i think the interface is clunky and annoying)
2. Teamviewer (better but I hate installing additional software)
3. VNC - turn on screen sharing on your mac and download UltraVNC on your PC - should be able to connect to it via IP. Just make sure to give your iMac a password under the screen sharing options
