Can you run two safari pages in spilt screen multitasking?

is this a new IOS 11 feature or can it not be done? swear i saw you could do it.

I think apple announced it for iOS 11, you could use safari and chrome, or some other browser in the meantime.

It’s not a multitasking feature, but it is a feature in Safari. (Open Split View)

You can already do that on iOS 10 but only within the app. I wish Word and Pages would get this feature

You can drag & drop the 2nd tab to the side of screen, and you get split view. Also drag & drop to combine tabs into same screen.

Hey, thanks for that! Had no idea you could drag anything to the side for the split view. Tried other stuff out and you can also drag links or images to the side as well and it brings it into split view.
