Can You Schedule A "Changed Files" backup?

Can you have Backup take a nightly backup of the files that have changed since the last backup?

For example I would like Backup to run everyday at 1AM and backup only the files that have changes since yesterday at 1AM.

I figured this one out. If you download the new iBackup 2 it is a build in feature.
