macOS can you still buy O'Reilly PDFs?

I'm in need of some books on javascript. I don't have a subscription to Safari, and I'm usually left disappointed after buying a kindle version of a programming book, because the formatting is suboptimal.

I do have some of the old OReilly PDFs, and they are beautiful. Where can I buy more of these?

My environment is somewhat heterogeneous, so I try to shy away from Apple books..
