I want to buy an Apple watch but I was wondering if it had some form off airplane mode?

Just like you can set the iPhone and iPad in airplane mode, can you do that to with an Apple Watch?

So like no Bluetooth and WiFi until I manually enable it again.

Yes, you can.
Yes, it has it.
I believe airplane mode leaves BT enabled.
By default, it does leave bluetooth on so as to not to lose connection from the paired iPhone. Thoough, you can change the behaviour by going into Watch App > General > Airplane Mode > turning off the toggle for bluetooth. If you turn off Bluetooth while you're in Airplane Mode, the watch will remember the next time you turn on Airplane Mode.
