iPad Can you type 678 on your iPad Air?

Typing these numbers in succession, 8 key press doesnt get detected or detected as otger keypress. But it works otherwise.

Try. Start a new note or text entry. 6-7-8-9. Does yours miss the 8?

Which country are you from. Some cultures consider 678 to be number of the devil . Maybe that's God way of protecting you from conjuring something fiendish.

Seems to work for me.

Try changing orientation or splitting you keyboard and see if you can repeat it. Could be an issue with your screen at that particular spot.
