FYI followup. Genius Bar visit. Reset all settings fixed keyboard.
Even though I had started from scratch, setup as new with this one.
*shrug*
Still returned and refunded since after 3 days of headaches they couldn't make the cellular work. Maybe wait a few weeks until GeniusBar is trained in the Airs or something.
