can you update one device to 4.3.5 while still syncing others at 4.3.3?

I share my itunes library and apps with several ipads, they have their own names, own restore back ups.

My question is if i update one ipad to 4.3.5 will the other ipads at 4.3.3 still sync if they are JailBroken?
