Just got a macbook. Trying to hook up my 5.1 speaker set + sound card to my mac. The sound card is for pc's and so can't install the drivers / software onto my mac. I couldn't find any driver downloads for 5.1 ch speakers for mac os x on the net. Do they even exist?
At the moment it can only play stereo. I tried changing it in the sound options but it wouldn't let me select "5.1", i'm assuming because I don't have the right driver installed.
Won't someone help me!
