Can you use the MBP as a wireless Base Station?

Hi I was wondering if it is possible to use the wireless adaptor on a MBP as wireless Base Station for my Ipod Touch?

You are wrong. The answer is yes, all Macs comes with internet sharing

Go to:
System Preferences / Sharing / Personal Web Sharing
(Don't forget to set a password).
