Wind mobile has unlimited data with voice and text on a provincial ($30/month) or national ($40/month) level. Wind also has a new Back-to-School promotion for $33 that is like the $30 plan but includes global text and some reduced international calling rates.
As you should know, these rates are dirt cheap since the three major carriers (Rogers, Bell, and Telus) don't offer plans like these. So obviously, there are some caveats. For one, unlimited data on Wind has a soft cap of 5 GB, which means they slow down your data. Also, Wnd is a small company, so there coverage only exists in certain major cities. If you travel a lot, then Wnd isn't for you. Wind's data speeds are 3G (or 4G, which is really 3G+). They don't have LTE. The only iPhone you can use on their network is the iPhone 5 with AWS frequencies.
The closest you'll get with one of the major networks to your wants is probably some $100 plan.
