This is a new one for me. Does your track actually say “Held in Warehouse” or did they tell you that when you spoke to them. My phone’s last scan was in Mississauga but it’s a “Destination” scan and I have a Scheduled Delivery Date ... and I’m still waiting.

If I get a “Held in Warehouse” scan I’ll give up :(
 
The notch doesnt bother me at all, infact, i actually kind of like it there it gives the phone a different look.

Yep it actually says “Held in Warehouse”! You would think if it was a bulk order, every package would arrive at the same time, or at least close to each other. So annoyed!

Mine went from ZhengZhou, CN to Incheon, Korea to Anchorage, AK to Louisville, KY to Mansfield, OH to Buffalo, NY to Mississauga, ON. I have never heard of having to wait for a package to be delivered because of a bulk order! I think I’m going to call Apple tomorrow to find out what’s going on if my package hasn’t moved since then.
 
No joy today in Mississauga. I called UPS Customer Service around 5pm and asked whether my phone had been delayed. She checked and told me it was “out for delivery” today and to give it a couple more hours. Well it’s almost 8pm so my guess is that it’s not coming tonight. This is painful. I suppose if they hadn’t given me an initial delivery estimate of last Friday it wouldn’t be so bad. Oh well, it’s only a phone right :(

Edit 1: Hard to believe but it just arrived ... 8:10pm. I guess these guys are trying :):):) There’s joy in Mississauga now :)

Edit 2: For the benefit of those following the thread, it never showed in tracking or on UPS My Choice as "Out for Delivery" but I got a "Destination" update early this am. UPS told me this meant it was out for delivery. (Not intuitive). I did, however get an alert from Apple early in the morning that it was being delivered today. Also no signature required at the door.

Mississauga sucks right now haha. That’s so frustrating that you haven’t received it, especially when they told you it was out for delivery today! I hope you get it soon. The waiting sucks.

So does mine. Checking the shipping infor has been my routine for everyday morning in the past week. UPS should not have told me the package is expecting to arrive on Nov 16!:-(

Good luck with it. Took 8 days including the weekend for mine to reach me vs. the 4-5 contracted. Hopefully yours won't get held up in Incheon like a lot of us were. Hang in there; UPS guys are pulling long shifts :)

I get the feeling UPS dropped the ball on this and gave out delivery dates when they shouldn't have, then Apple got involved and the order of the stock leaving the warehouse was sorted out, so we all got shifted back behind the 17-24 group. As mine is now apparently coming on the 21st which was the original delivery date from Apple (not the 15th from UPS), although I reckon it will get stuck in Korea longer than that.

Other theory is Canada is getting shafted on stock, which is quite possible as it seems to happen with a lot of big companies in Canada .e.g Nike etc. US, Europe always comes first.

Some people upthread said that it showing $299 on the website is an error and it will come up properly as $249 when you go to check out.

Well, nothing so far today. After yesterday's "out for delivery" tease, I'm back to in transit, scheduled for today but no new scans since last night. I'm trying to stay optimistic; after all, it was the people who didn't show any movement yesterday who actually got their phones! UPS usually comes here after 4, so we'll see.

(This morning when I was out walking the dog, I turned and followed a UPS truck for a block just to see if it was heading my way. It was not. :p)

exactly. They are assuming ppl dropping phones are desperate for the Apple care.:-\
 
My phone was shipped Nov 9 and had no movement until it left China on Nov 15 when it got scanned for arrival in Korea. Then the next scan was midnight Nov 16 for processing at clearance agency.

I’m in the Nov 21-28 group, then got moved to Nov 15, then moved again to Nov 16 to information not available.

Looks like I will get my phone on Nov 21 as promised by Apple. Sigh.

Edit: My phone just left Korea.

so I got my money back, the refund showed up on my credit card today early morning
but ups is doing something weird... looks like the package moved from concord to mount hope, and arrived in richmond early this morning
was “out of delivery” briefly and now it says:
“We've modified the requested change of delivery for your package. / Your package will be delivered to an alternate address.”

my guess is it’s getting shipped back to apple?

weird... o wellz

Thanks! It is seems that the parcel stucked in Incheon, Korea for only a day...thanks god.

If anyone is still waiting, I have a 256gb Silver in London for sale. I never bothered to cancel my preorder because I thought my brother would want it. He decided to go with an 8 instead.

Let me know if you want it. No mark up or any thing, but you'd have to pick it up.
