What is your status on Apple.ca preorder?
the same as every other canadian......prepairing for shipping
Some people have had it shipped...
I remember last year, even with a very early pre order I didn't get mine until the monday after the release. Seems like they are always delayed coming to Canada.
So has anyone in Canada who pre-ordered through Apple had theirs shipped? Or is it only people who pre-ordered through carriers (i.e Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc.)
maybe from the carriers to the stores but none have shipped from the apple store
It seems that way, doesn't it? That the ones ordered through carriers have started shipping while the ones direct from Apple.ca haven't been shipped at all.
I pre-ordered through Apple.ca and mine remains in perpetual 'preparing for shipment' status. Entering my shipping phone #, the order number from Apple, and every other permutation thereof doesn't result in any hit from UPS.
Same here, I mean if they don't leave China by Thursday no way they will land in Canada Friday & be managed to be delivered... So much for a launch day delivery
So much for "holiday shipping" being a good thing....
I got mine through Telus and haven't received any shipping information yet. Not too worried. I figure I'll probably hear from them tomorrow at some point.
Has anyone been in contact with Apple in regards to Canadian pre-orders through their site?

mine's shipped but when i go to ups to track, it says that the shipment is only just processed... no movement yet.
does this mean it's still stuck in china? or is it at a central ups facility, waiting for next day shipment (i.e. delivery tomorrow)
