Mine said by 7pm tomorrow until I tried to redirect it to a access location, then saw it wouldn't come until the 25th, and then cancelled it. Now it says "no estimated delivery date". I hope I haven't severely messed it up!

That date was only from the email Apple sent me my UPS tracking number spits out an error on their site, for now. Who knows, it might wind up coming tomorrow.
I'm Toronto downtown as well.
Hopeful if plane goes to Alaska then to Louisville, then a flight to Hamilton for GTA deliveries.
I checked FlightAware and UPS476 seems to go from Louisville to Hamilton early morning, so there could be a chance watches land this afternoon/tonight in Louisville and make it to Toronto tomorrow morning and get routed out for afternoon delivery!

Here are flights from Alaska to Louisville. Looks like most left after we got our notices. So our orders could be on them, and would have plenty of time to make the canada bound am flight.

Dubious, unfortunately. The customs agents won't work around the clock. You'll likely see the shipment leave there mid-to late morning on its way to Concord.
Might see some local deliveries from there, but only in the GTA - late afternoon / early evening I'm thinking. All of the others from there will be Mon/Tues.

Checked the deliveries app and it looks like it is leaving Concord, ON (Departure scan) Between this & the oilers hiring Chiarelli, tomorrow will be an excellent day.
Mine says "In Transit On Time" from the UPS app. Came into Canada on April 22, and is scheduled for delivery on tomorrow (in Mississauga' Ontario).

I have had my tracking numbers go live from UPS pretty late for next day Toronto delivery so I'm holding out hope for tomorrow. My Apple Watch is in my Apple profile so I know it's serial number.

Same here, mine just went live too. I'm convinced they prepared them as they'll be coming in to Canada tonight/tomorrow AM. I think our original dates included in Apples shipment email is accurate.

Mount Hope = Hamilton Airport. That baby is going on the next WestJet to Edm and will be there in the AM. Good luck, you could have it tomorrow.
That's so weird, I wonder why yours is by 12pm and is 500+ km away from Concord, and mine is by end of day in Guelph, which is only 80km from Concord.
My tracking says it's in Kitchener right now. So it's driven past Guelph already lol
