Bad, bad business.

I just do not think that is fair what Apple is doing. Rewarding those who ordered their watches latter then I did. I understand that I’m still within their estimated dates, but why to go out of queue?
I’m in Monteal.
At 3:01 I have ordered a Sport 42mm Silver Aluminium Case with Pink Sport Band watch.
To this point my credit card is not charged and the status is still showing “Processing Items Delivers: 24/4-8/5 by Standard Shipping”.
Why?

But it showed Concord scan?

It showed an origin scan when it arrived yesterday in Concord, then it showed it left Concord, then that it arrived in Barrie last night. That was all I got until it was delivered.

So what was the last status that you had before it said delivered?

I had "Arrival Scan" in Barrie last night at 11:56pm followed by "Delivered" at 12:44pm today.

I hear ya! In the same boat with the 42mmssbsb
no charge no update

This is VERY unfair. On top of all of this, selected store are now selling the same models that we have ordered online. So I’m assuming there was no “first come, first served” basis at all.

Lots of customers, including me are stuck with the Apple watch sport pink and Apple watch stainless steel black sports band! And you are right, it is really bad business for Apple! They don't have the customer service they used to have. Let's hope with get our watches by early next week!

Hey... I'm from West Van....

What does your UPS tracking info say? Mine is still stuck at 5:50am Carrier and Customs Released

Mine says delivered on UPS' website. It's been updating regularly since yesterday. I think I was lucky to get mine with the first plane and the rest are coming over the weekend and next week.

Are you absolutely certain someone ordered the exact model you did at a later time and from the same region and received it earlier than you? There were so many people with the same idea to hit up apple.com as early as possible to try their luck at landing an Apple watch. It's a gamble due to demand. It sucks I know, but don't lose faith in Apple.

There is no way Apple could have possibly pleased everyone in this situation. A lot of it is sheer luck in submitting your order in a timely manner to guarantee it on launch day.

Apple has set reasonable expectations by providing a window period. Now if they fail to deliver within that time frame then yes that would be absolutely unfair.

Made the commute home and still no movement on the 5:50am Watches. lol.

If it's Monday I need them to update so I can call them to send it directly to the UPS store nearby.

1:30pm here in Calgary; my Apple Watch hasn't been delivered though UPS website says delivered by noon...

For regular deliveries my UPS guy generally doesn't get here until after 4pm. They do have separate trucks for express here and those have been pretty punctual in the past. But if it is on the regular truck I can easily see it going past 6pm today.

Yep, same for my friend's order. When you look up at MVallee's activity log, I think it's unrealistic for 5:50am folks to think it's arriving today. Those that shipped a day earlier are just showing up.... Sorry :(

I totally agree. And yet, I can't stop refreshing. I just want to know where it is.

No other "5:50AM Updaters" have seen any movement either?

I ordered mine on Wednesday evening. I consider myself lucky to even be getting one on Monday.

I think in a couple of weeks it will be interesting to see how rare these watches are to buy.

There is no excuse for giving priority to others just because they choose a different band colour. How silly is to underestimate your customers demand?
And yes, I see many people have received that same item with the same colour.

Could they have possibly ordered theirs at 3:00?
Please, do not try to defend a bad business.

Mine is part of the 5:50am delivery. Unless the apple fairy sprinkles her magic dust it would look like we are set for a Monday delivery. I am hoping for the best but also it's important to accept that there is a change it won't be received today.

Thanks for the tip!

If I had known this earlier I wouldn't be refreshing the UPS page every 5 minutes :p
