Hi everyone! Fellow Canadian here.

Anyone waiting on, or have had their accessory bands ship? Currently waiting on a Link Bracelet and BB Loop - Medium.

I was one of the lucky ones to have my 42 mm SS WSB arrive on the 24th. Waiting for the bands now, must be my "punishment". :)

Anyways, it's nice to find a Canada-specific thread. Seems like recently only the US has been receiving Apple love.

I also ordered a B & W one on May 4th, status is "delivered May 25 - June 1", which is actually better than the actual watch I ordered on the 10th of April. That's still "June". Navy Modern Buckle, large, 38mm. And I had naively hoped for my birthday. Came and went a couple of weeks ago. :(

Well... I guess the updating of shipping and delivery windows for my bands, are as much excitement as I'm gonna get today.

Unless of course one magically decides to flip to PFS...!

Wink wink nudge nudge, Apple. I need some excitement too! :) :D

Does it take long before the tracking page goes live for Canadian Orders? Been an hour or two already since mine updated to shipped yet it the tracking page still says not found.

there is over $1000 down the drain. I still can't believe the Canadian pricing for this thing. :)

He's not asking you to pay for it.....

It takes a while. Don't even try again before AM. If it isn't there in the AM wait until after lunch before you try again. Could even be the day after tomorrow. Save yourself a lot of frustration.

42 mm WSB on order to go with my SS classic buckle. Delivery window says May 25-June 1 .... Anyone heard of these bands being delivered early?

I'm certainly hoping so... then again, only a limited number of accessory bands have gone out so far.

Fingers crossed!

Have people found the shipping estimates for Canadian orders to be accurate?

My 42mm SS LB changed to shipped yesterday, but the today the tracking only still says "Ready for UPS". The estimate in the email says Delivered May 19. Most of the orders I have seen shipped next day.

That guy (obviously) isn't an early adopter. Though he claims to be. He also only used the watch for 5 days. This kills me: " I already use my phone to check the time so the watch felt unnecessary immediately." Uhh...pulling it out of your pocket is more convenient than looking at your wrist how? Maybe this guy is sedentary and is always sitting and has his iPhone right by his hand...then I get it. But he'll be dead soon if he doesn't start moving. :)

You have 14 business days to try it out. Why only try it for 5?

He did mention it may be more useful once Apple Pay is available in Canada - but did he add his Starbucks card to passport, so he could pay with his watch at Starbucks? Nope.

Weak effort and a weak review, full of flaws and shortsightedness.

A review with almost identical conclusions was printed by the Toronto Star, back around the 24th. It's laughable how these "reviewers" measure Apple Watch's usefulness by how much it can get them to stop looking at their phone. They love to point out how it's not an iPhone replacement, even though it was never meant to be one (yet!).

"Jumping to conclusions" An Apple Watch Review. Should be the headline of the review. :)

+1 You really have to wonder how these "technical reviewers" got their job in the first place. Not a lot of due diligence. It's a new platform. Expecting there to be the same number of apps as the iPhone out of the gate is laughable.

My Apple email says my watch would arrive tomorrow yet it still says ready for UPS on the tracking page, checked the delivery for it, it's on Express Saver which is saying it's next day delivery can anyone confirm this for me???

For me, UPS was a day behind Apple's notifications. Apple sent me (well, my husband) a shipped notification Monday ~2pm, and I received the expect delivery notification on Tuesday. UPS tracking info showed delivery would be Wednesday.

My Apple email was correct back on the 24th. Even though the status says shipped, it doesn't necessarily mean it left the plant. If it says delivering tomorrow (Friday) then I'd only start to get worried past 6pm tonight.

UPS loves to make people sweat, before somehow pulling an "on time" delivery out of their @$$. I'm hoping this is the case!

UPS tracking page finally online for my order!

The 42mm Stainless Steel Medium Leather Loop Watch Combo is only 1LB?!?!

I think it must be Apple's deal with UPS to rate it at 1 lb. My sport 42 weighed a touch over 2 lb. 2.04 to be precise when I weighed the whole package on a digital kitchen scale.

Wait until this afternoon. If you see it scanned in Concord this afternoon you should be good for tomorrow. Tracking does not show until it clears customs into Canada officially.

My tracking updated a few minutes ago and it has cleared customs and is in Canada. Hopefully I'll see my package delivered tomorrow!

If the "In Transit" thing is in red I presume the watch is on its way to Concord???

if you see that it cleared customs, it's on its way to Concord - that's their main distribution centre, where everything get uncrated and bundled into regional shipments, then sent to the airport to fly out (or get on trucks to get delivered in Ontario.
