Just a suggestion for Rogers/Fido customers.
If you receive a bill that is incorrect in any way make sure that you call in and ask to get it fixed. If you were also charged an admin fee ($35) for your upgrade, nicely ask them to waive it because of the inconvenience of you having to call in to get mistakes fixed.
