I ordered 6sPlus but try going to UPS and tracking by reference...enter your 10 digit phone number on your apple account and your postal code and country and see if it works...worked for me this morning but not yesterday...mine left China this AM....
Ya I've been trying that but nothing yet. I feel like anyone that I've seen who has either received official confirmation or found it using their phone number through UPS has ordered a 6S Plus. I could be wrong though!

Did you order through apple.com/ca? It is said to only work if ordered direct from Apple and not from Telus, Bell...etc....
For anyone that has received shipment notification, did you order a 6S or 6S Plus?
I ordered the 6S and am still in "Preparing for Shipment." I'm wondering if the 6S's are already in the U.S. or Canada waiting to be distributed.
Starting to have a bad feeling about Rogers pre-orders. Not a single report on the Rogers forums of a pre-order being shipped or having any status change at all. Meanwhile tons of people with reservations (for in store pickup) are getting shipping notifications confirming their phones to be available Friday for pickup.
I know someone who has a 6S on order through rogers pre-order. He contacted them today and they have re-assured him that he will receive his pre-ordered device on launch day. They said that the reservation ones are shipping with the store stock which can sometimes arrive at the store earlier however those phones are all held until launch.
Ordered the iPhone 6s 128GB Space Grey model at 3:24AM on pre-order day, and still showing Preparing for Shipment. It changed to that on Saturday. Signed up via UPS and did what others are doing and nothing. I'm just west of Toronto, ON. Here's hoping it's still not in China or it ships by tomorrow.

Interesting. I couldn't get any info out of the reps at all, other than my spot in queue. They couldn't/wouldn't give any shipping info or estimates on delivery. The lack of communication from rogers really is astounding, even if their intentions are good.
I have a Space Grey 6s on order, 128 GB. It went to processing almost right away and hit "preparing to ship" over the weekend. I've also received my Applecare + info and an invitation to take part in Apple's online setup process. I checked my support profile and I have an iPhone 6s in there, complete with serial #.
What I don't have is a tracking # and I can't use the phone # trick that the rest of you are using to speculate about where your phone may or may not be. I did the "following the bouncing airplane" trick a few years ago with my 5s and vowed to never do it again.
Also have a Space Grey 6s+, 128 GB coming, but slated to deliver in the first tranche in October. Also have a 6s+ waiting for me at a local Apple Store on Friday morning between 8:30 AM and 9.
Also, to be clear, I received my invoice from apple today, and it's possible to track on UPS using the "Reference No.", though no tracking number or official shipment notification has been issued.Still "preparing for shipment" and no tracking information yet, but UPS My Choice tells me that my 64 GB iPhone 6s+ Space Grey is currently in Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong; and Vancouver bound for September 25th!
