That's actually very stupid of the customer support rep to give us false hopes he actually told me It might be delivered today.
What's happening is the same thing that happened to some of us last week. Our phones shipped on Wednesday and we got them on Monday (seemed to be Eastern Canada) or Tuesday (Western Canada).
So if yours left Monday I'd expect Friday at the earliest if not Monday. I posted this earlier for you guys as well.
I know it sucks, hang in there.
From all of my previous online purchasing experience, if the item is not in your city in the morning hours (12AM to 7AM), there is almost no chance of it for same day delivery. Simply because it needs to go to the sorting depot, etc.
FYI - Mine arrived in my city at 1:00 pm yesterday and was out for delivery. Got it at 4:30.
just got my phone! Hope you all get yours sooner rather than later.
I just got an email from MyUPS saying I have a scheduled delivery for tomorrow. I don't know how likely that'll be since the tracking doesn't show a date at all and says it left Korea. Hopefully tomorrow then.

Let's hope they're mistaken and our phones deliver today. Just staying optimistic here haha
Its UPS dude they are taking it easy now its in Anchorage US its still gonna take time,"Out of Delivery" looks unlikely tommorow.I hope UPS proves me wrong!!!

Dude if you see "Ultra7k" picture on the last page it shows that it has to travel within US to 2 more places before it came to Canada and our phones are still in Anchorage US arrival scan so I don't think we are even going to get it tommorow but lets hope you are right.I'm in ontario stouffville.
They even allowed me to pick it up tonight instead of waiting for tomorrow. Instant gratification! LOL!

Markville, Markham. It was about a 30 min drive for me at about 7:30 pm from Downtown. Phone came pre-installed with 10.0.2 so it seems like they literally just got it in.
My phone arrive in my city at 7:30am. I got another email from MyUPS confirming a delivery time of 11-3. Looks like we're in good shape for today
