Americans in Canada celebrate it twice as well. I know, as I am both Canadian & American. Lucky me, that means two awesome dinners. 😀

Of course we do morons are everywhere it is just not the US that has a monopoly on them. Besides the fact that all those types of people always ignore that it was the British who did all that, Canada as a nation did not exist when that happened, but why left a little thing like facts interfere when doing their holier than thou BS they like to pull off.

I can't speak for everyone, but I've never encountered any such people here in and around the GTA (greater Toronto area).
