Cancel Internet Recovery Mode and then restart the Mac, possible on macOS or OS X?

Hello when the Mac is turned on and at the same time I click these keys with the Option-Command-R
Internet Recovery Mode (with such a globe on it).

If you don't have an internet connection, where it automatically loads something. Then you can choose wifi networks.

The question is, if you are in this state, is there a keyboard command to restart or shut down the Mac? I'd like to restart it.

Unfortunately, you will not see a restart or shutdown function in this mode, so that you can select with the mouse.

Of course, I could turn off the Mac with on and off buttons, but I'd like to know other solutions.

I'm guessing a few possibilities.

Try cmd+q
cmd+alt+escape
escape

If none of them work, I think there's just holding the power button left for you

Not working. The globe is still there.

Hold the power button. It's not bad for the system or anything - when you load internet recovery like this you're only downloading the data to RAM which is volatile anyway.

thanks for the advice. I'm really scared if I use the power button to make it break. But now I know it's not true.

Killing a computer by holding the power button while its on is only really a risk if it's changing firmware or otherwise writing data. In this case you should be fine . But your attitude towards it is good, since better safe than sorry, especially with expensive equipment
