Cancel order page down?

I got myself a watch and it says 4-24-5-8 but my mom got the space grey black and I wanna cancel it and get the white one because it still says 4-24-5-8 but the cancel order page keeps saying we're sorry.

Just place your second order a while and cancel the original as soon as it comes up. If it's not back up tonight, you can call on the phone in the morning and cancel it through a rep. Since you're canceling right away, you're not really hurting anyone in line, so no regrets!
