cancel undo typing

This is starting to drive me nuts! Im typing something on my Ipad2 a password, a note or a docoment and suddenly this prompt comes scooting across asking me if I want to cancel or undo typing. What can I do to stop this..aaaahhhhhhhhhhhh😡

It's the "shake to undo" feature, possibly the most nonsensical thing Apple built into the iPad. Who wants to grab their iPad like an etch-a-sketch while typing instead of just hitting delete? Unfortunately, I have no clue how to disable it. Just try to hold it steadier and keep hitting cancel.

The undo or cancel requests even pops out when its sitting dead still on a table. Completely random!😕
