I paid full price for a gold iPhone 6 64 gig when the site when live. I decided the next morning that I really wanted the silver version. Verizon says they can't cancel my order and have no idea why. Has anyone ever had this happen? They had to open up a case and escalate it past the managers to a help desk. Worst part, they won't even let me order the silver one. Their system says I have a pending order so I can't order a second phone, even if I pay full price again, until they can cancel the first one. I realize I should have been fully committed to the color I ordered but surely it can't be that hard to delete an order from their system.
