I want to cancel my iPhone 7 Plus order on apple, I paid with paypal if I cancel it will the pending payment on paypal go away and will i need to pay any fees?

Yes, the pending charge will go away. The length of time it takes to go away depends on apple and PayPal.

You will not have to pay any restocking fees or any fee for that matter.

If it has not shipped and you CAN cancel your order you should not have to pay ANY fees.
