Canceling support ticket

    I submitted a support ticket to the Developer Technical Support team, but I no longer need their help. I just sent an e-mail to them asking them to disregard the support ticket, but I want their system to forget about this incident so I can submit two tickets later on. Since I asked them to disregard the ticket, and nobody has responded to my request for help, will they remove the incident from the system?

    Actually, they received my follow-up email and let me keep my 2-incident allowance.
