Cancelled Apple Order

Hey,

I had a iPhone scheduled for mid October. I had a change in heart for the color, so I cancelled the original order but now I get a AT&T error stating that there was already another order for the number when I attempt to order the new phone. How long does it take for AT&T to reflect the cancelled order?

It can take up to a day for it to revert. You can call ATT and ask them to reset your eligibility etc and that should push it along.

For the release of the 6,it was within hours unless you called and they would release it during the call.

I was able to reorder the proper color. It seemed to update after a 2 hours. Thanks for the responses everyone 🙂

Hopefully the wife won't change her mind on the color again 🙂
