Recently I found out i'm going off to bootcamp/military school and will not have any forms of electronics. I had ordered a iPhone 4 via at&t and when we had ordered it she had already renewed my 2 year contract. If i am able to cancel the order will they revert to my old contract and be able to terminate the contract for free of charge (already have been a customer for 2 years).

I won't be in town to sell the phone without a contract since i'll be visiting only every month or so.

Yes to both.

Even if not you would be able to cancel your contract without an ETF because you are leaving to an area they do not provide coverage in.

If they won't cancel the new contract you can have the service suspended for a certain amount of time if you will be unable to use it due to military obligations.
