Is it possible to cancel a shipping order from the online apple store on a custom built macbook air?? The reason is that i am thinking of getting the 11.6 inch instead of he 13.3.

You can't seem to go online and cancel an order if it has been customised in some way even if it means more ram. What do i do??

Call like the two posters above already suggested.
Well it is a saturday here in Australia and you can't call the online apple store today. Also i went online and if i have customised the macbook air i can't cancel my order.

That is why it was suggested to call. You generally cannot cancel BTO orders via the internet.

Had it prepared for shipment? Because if it had, then you can't.
I just cancelled mine, it hadn't shipped yet and I could cancel.
Also is it tied to your Apple ID or just the order number? If it's just the order number you can't do it online.
The phone number should be reachable and do it through that.... once again, only if it isn't prepared for shipment yet.
If it is, just return it through Apple Sending you a free shipping label. No restocking fee if it isn't open (or thats what I was told).
