Candybar - Icon changing help

I just downloaded candybar and got all my leopard icons read, yet when i change them they are just little icons saying png and the actual icon is not showing. can anyone help plz
 
The icons need to be in the icns form for it to work.

You need to take the png into an icon making program to convert it then it will work. I have a photoshop plugin that converts png's to the icon form
