Cannot access to iMovie Theatre

Accessing iMovie Theatre is unsuccessful. The spinning gear appears permanently.
What to do? Please, help.
 
Having the same issues. Got an apple TV yesterday, and was able to access iMovie Theatre yesterday without any problems. Today, I just get "Accessing iMovie Theatre" and nothing else
