Whenever I go to a site that I want to have allow the webcam, it will not work.
The webcam is fine, FaceTime and photo booth both work, but when the little box pops up to say allow or not, no matter what I click the box will not go away.

Why is this?

Sites I am talking about would be Omegle or Chat Roulette

Edit: found semi solution. In system prefs under the Flash player settings you can change camera and mic settings. You have to allow each site individually as a no ask just allow.

This is a known issue with Adobe Flash Player and Lion. We'll have to wait for them to fix it.

Yes just allow the site in system preferences flash player camera settings. Quite nice not to have that annoying popup every time now :)
