Hello everyone,
I connect my external drive through Firewire 800 on my Powerbook G4 (The last revision of the Powerbook.) When I attempted to re-install 10.3 onto my computer, and wanted to install to my external drive (formatted in Mac OS Extended (Journaled) ) with 8.4GB of free space, the installer said that it could not boot off the drive, and therefore I can't install 10.3 onto it.
Um, Firewire 400 works for booting, but 800 doesn't? Am I missing something?
Cheers,
lieb39
