Cannot buy verizon iphone online without wireless number ?

I'm trying to get the verizon iphone unlocked,paid in full, on the apple website, but it requires a wireless number ? I don't have a service plan with verizon, I just want the verizon version because it has CDMA and GSM, is there anyway to bypass this step ?

You can buy in-store at Apple, but otherwise you're out of luck on Apple.com
