Cannot chanage my background Anyone else have this problem

Cant change it at all, everything works great but wont changed, It is ZiPhoned, cracked, jail, unlocked and no problems ever but then this.. Any hints

What are you using to try and change the background? Springboard/summerboard? Are you using ssh to get to the files? How are you trying to change the background picture?

Actually i am trying to use one of the pictures on my phone, the same way i have done i the past
