Cannot change my voice mail greeting

Just took delivery of my new iPhone X.
1. Phone
2. Voicemail
3. Top left corner says Voicemail
4. Middle says call Voicemail

There is no button to setup Voicemail which is stated in all the tutorials

Any help please?

Try calling your carrier and have them reset your Voice mail.
