I use Outlook for Mac, version 16.80 on my M2 running Sonoma 14.1.2 on with hosted exchange provider.
There are a few addresses that show as "On My Computer" when looking at "People" tab in Outlook. I am unable to delete these as the Trash can icon is greyed-out and delete is greyed-out on the drop down menu when I right click the address.
I do need "On My Computer" available as it holds several often used Distribution lists.
Any suggestions to help remove the unwanted addresses?
