Cannot delete file from trash bin??

I'm trying to empty my trash bin..

But this pops up,
I don't think it's in use.. Help?

PS. A question I have about gaming on my iMac LINK Thanks!

You may want to click the eject icon next to the 'iPhone SDK' disk image, under 'devices' - then empty the trash 😉
